Nature's Candy Designs prides itself on our excellent customer service - our goal is to keep our customers completely thrilled with their jewelry purchases. We only sell only the highest quality .925 Sterling Silver, genuine gold and gemstone jewelry. However, you can return or exchange your jewelry within 21 days of purchase in its original condition. Engraved or special order items are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

To return an item please follow these steps:

1. Please email us for a RA (Return Authorization) number.

2. Return the item with a copy of the invoice, reason for the return and the RA number printed on the outside of the package.

3. Once your jewelry is received, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within two weeks or we will happily exchange the item for something else.

4. If your shipping charges were complimentary based on your original purchase amount and your returns bring your order total below $75, the original shipping amount will be deducted from your credit.

5. If we have to re-ship a package to you due to customer error, there will be additional shipping charges added to your order to cover the second shipment.

Nature's Candy Designs offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders $75 and over. Please make certain that the shipping address is correct and complete, because we are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Insurance and signature-required shipping is available, please let us know if you require any other special shipping needs.

We only use recycled packaging materials. Our jewelry boxes are made from recycled materials and all of our packing materials have also been recycled in our pledge to respect the earth and conserve our resources. We encourage our customers to re-use our packaging in efforts to decrease the waste involved in shipping and mailing.
